Day 1: Tel Aviv

  • Arrive at Ben Gurion International Airport.

  • Check into your hotel in Tel Aviv.

  • Enjoy a relaxing dinner at a local Tel Aviv restaurant.


Day 2: Jaffa & Tel Aviv

  • Explore the charming Old City of Jaffa, including the ancient port and fishermen's wharf.

  • Take a self-guided walking tour through Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv's first neighborhood, and enjoy lunch at a local cafe.

  • In the afternoon, explore the "White City" - Tel Aviv's Bauhaus architecture.


Day 3: Caesarea, Bahai Gardens & Wineries

  • Start your day with Caesarea National Park and explore the Roman ruins, including the theater, aqueduct, and hippodrome. (Opening hours: Sunday-Thursday 8:30 AM - 5 PM, Friday & Saturday 8:30 AM - 4 PM)

  • Continue for visit to the award-winning Margalit Winery for a tour and tasting.

  • Ascend Mount Carmel to see the magnificent Bahai Gardens in Haifa. (Opening hours: Weekdays 9 AM - 12 PM & 1 PM - 4 PM, Closed Saturdays & Holidays)

  • Head towards the Sea of Galilee, stopping at Tulip Winery located in a village dedicated to people with special needs. Enjoy lunch, a tour, and wine tasting.


Day 4: Golan Heights & Wineries

  • Visit the Mount of Beatitudes, believed to be the location of Jesus' Sermon on the Mount.

  • Continue to the Banias Spring, a source of the Jordan River, and enjoy a short hike to the waterfalls.

  • Learn about olive oil production and enjoy a tasting and lunch at an olive oil mill on the Golan Heights.

  • Enjoy wine tasting tour at a Golan Winery .

  • Visit Tabgha, site of the miracle of the loaves and fishes, and Capernaum, an ancient fishing village.

  • In the evening, enjoy an optional dinner and wine tasting at Chateau Golan Winery, located in the southern Golan Heights.


Day 5: Cana, Nazareth & Acre

  • Visit Cana, where Jesus performed the miracle of turning water into wine.

  • Continue to Nazareth, Jesus' childhood home.

  • Explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Acre, a historic port city with Crusader and Ottoman influences. Visit the Crusader Halls and Al-Jazar Mosque.

  • Enjoy lunch and a tasting at the Galilee Mountain Winery in Kibbutz Yiron.


Day 6: Sea of Galilee, Beit Shean & Dead Sea Scrolls

  • Take a serene boat ride on the Sea of Galilee.

  • Travel south to Beit Shean National Park and explore the Roman ruins, including the theater, amphitheater, and Paladius Street. (Opening hours: Sunday-Thursday 8:30 AM - 5 PM, Friday & Saturday 8:30 AM - 4 PM)

  • Continue your journey along the Jordan Valley and stop at a viewpoint overlooking Jericho.

  • Explore the Qumran Caves, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. Visit the visitor's center and learn about the Essenes. (Opening hours: Sunday-Thursday 8:30 AM - 4 PM, Friday & Saturday 8:30 AM - 3 PM)

Day 7: Jerusalem Old City

  • Enjoy Mount of Olives for panoramic views of Jerusalem's Old City.

  • Visit the Garden of Gethsemane, a peaceful place with ancient olive trees.

  • Explore the City of David, an archaeological site featuring the Hezekiah Tunnel (open Sunday-Thursday 9 AM - 5 PM, Friday & Saturday 9 AM - 4 PM).

  • Enter the Old City and walk the Via Dolorosa, the path Jesus is believed to have walked on his way to crucifixion.

  • Visit the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, a revered Christian pilgrimage site (open daily 5 AM - 8:30 PM).

  • Explore the vibrant Jewish Quarter and the Cardo, the main Roman-era street.

  • Ascend Mount Zion to visit the Room of the Last Supper and King David's Tomb (open Sunday-Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM, Friday 8 AM - 1 PM).


Day 8: Temple Mount, Western Wall & Yad Vashem

  • This morning, enter the Temple Mount (open to non-Muslims for tours on Sundays-Thursdays from 7:30 AM to 11 AM and 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM).

  • Visit the Western Wall, one of the holiest sites in Judaism.

  • Take a tour of the Western Wall Tunnels (open Sunday-Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM, Friday & Saturday 8 AM - 1 PM).

  • In the afternoon, drive to Yad Vashem, the World Holocaust Remembrance Center. Yad Vashem is a moving and important museum dedicated to remembering the Holocaust.


Day 9: Masada & Dead Sea

  • Start your day early and depart for Masada, a fortress built by King Herod in the Judean Desert. Explore the ruins of this UNESCO World Heritage Site and learn about its fascinating history, including the story of the Jewish zealots' last stand against the Roman Legion. (Opening hours: Summer: Sunday-Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM, Friday & Saturday 8 AM - 4 PM; Winter: Sunday-Thursday 8 AM - 4 PM, Friday & Saturday 8 AM - 3 PM)

  • In the afternoon, head to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth. Enjoy the unique experience of floating in the buoyant waters, rich in minerals. Relax at a Dead Sea resort.

  • After your Dead Sea experience, drive to the Yatir Winery near Arad. This award-winning winery is known for its innovative approach to viticulture in the challenging Judean Desert climate. Enjoy a tour and tasting to learn about their unique winemaking process.


Day 10: Bethlehem & En Karem

  • Today, explore Bethlehem, the traditional birthplace of Jesus. Visit the Church of the Nativity, a revered Christian pilgrimage site built over the grotto where Jesus is believed to have been born. (Opening hours: Daily 7 AM - 7 PM)

  • Continue to the picturesque village of Ein Karem, nestled in the hills west of Jerusalem. Believed to be the birthplace of John the Baptist, Ein Karem offers charming streets, historical sites, and beautiful scenery.

  • Wrap up your Israel adventure with a visit to the Jerusalem Winery, your last winery stop. Enjoy a tour and tasting to discover their selection of wines.


Day 11: Departure

  • Enjoy a relaxing breakfast at your hotel and make your way to Ben Gurion International Airport for your departure flight.
